Astrologer Onboarding Agreement: 12rashi Platform
​Effective Date: December 25, 2025
​This Agreement is entered into between 12rashi ("the Platform") and the Astrologer ("the Expert/Service Provider"). By registering as an expert on 12rashi, you agree to comply with the following terms:
​1. Professional Verification
​Documentation: Astrologers must provide authentic identification, educational certificates, and proof of experience during onboarding.
​Accuracy: You represent that all information provided regarding your qualifications and years of experience is 100% accurate. 12rashi reserves the right to terminate accounts found to have fraudulent credentials.
​2. Scope of Service & Conduct
​Availability: Astrologers are expected to maintain the "Online" status as per their declared schedule. Frequent "No-shows" for booked appointments may result in a lower platform ranking or deactivation.
​Prohibited Content: You shall not predict:
​Specific dates of death.
​Gender of an unborn child.
​Winning lottery numbers or gambling outcomes.
​Ethical Standards: You must remain professional and empathetic. Using fear-based tactics to upsell "remedies" or "pujas" without platform authorization is strictly prohibited.
​3. Commercial Terms & Payouts
Revenue Share The revenue split will be [X]% to the Astrologer and [Y]% to 12rashi (Platform Fee).
Payout Cycle Payments are processed on a [Weekly/Monthly] basis.
Minimum Balance A minimum threshold of ₹[Amount] must be met for withdrawal.
Taxes TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per government regulations.
4. Exclusivity & Data Privacy
Non-Solicitation: You are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details (phone, email, social media) with users or encouraging them to pay you outside the 12rashi platform.
Confidentiality: All user data and consultation history are private. You may not record, screenshot, or share user information with any third party.
Platform Property: All chat logs and call recordings generated on the platform are the property of 12rashi for quality and legal monitoring.
5. Quality Assurance (Ratings)
User ratings directly affect your visibility on the platform.
If your average rating falls below [e.g., 3.5 stars], 12rashi reserves the right to put your profile under review or initiate a "cooling-off" period.
6. Independent Contractor Status
The Astrologer is an Independent Contractor and not an employee of 12rashi.
You are responsible for your own equipment, internet connectivity, and the payment of your personal income taxes.
7. Termination Clause
12rashi may terminate this agreement immediately and withhold pending payouts if:
The Astrologer shares personal contact info with users.
There is a breach of user confidentiality.
The Astrologer uses abusive language or engages in unethical practices.
8. Indemnification
The Astrologer agrees to indemnify and hold 12rashi harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the advice or predictions provided by the Astrologer to the users.
