​Cancellations: Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least [24/48] hours in advance to be eligible for credit.

​Accurate Data: You must provide accurate birth details (date, time, place) for Astrology and Numerology, or accurate floor plans for Vaastu. 12rashi is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.
​Conduct: Users must maintain a respectful tone during live consultations. We reserve the right to terminate sessions involving harassment or abuse.
