12rashi Refund & Cancellation Policy

​At 12rashi, we strive to provide insightful guidance and high-quality spiritual products. Because our services are deeply personalized and our products often involve energetic or ritualistic preparation, we adhere to the following refund guidelines.
​1. Astrology & Numerology Services
​Live Consultations (Call/Chat/Video): * Cancellations: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot, a full refund will be processed.
​Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no extra cost if informed 12 hours in advance.
​No-Show: If you miss your slot without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable.
​Post-Consultation: No refunds are issued once the consultation has taken place, as the service is considered rendered.
​Digital Reports (PDFs/E-mail): * Because reports are custom-generated based on your specific birth data, these are non-refundable once the generation process begins.
​Correction Policy: If there is a clerical error in the report (wrong name spelling or date entry by our team), we will provide a corrected report free of charge.
​2. Vaastu Consultations
​On-Site Visits: * Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the visit are eligible for a 90% refund (10% retained as processing/planning fees).
​Cancellations made within 48 hours of the visit are non-refundable, though they may be rescheduled for a nominal travel fee.
​Online Vaastu Layouts: * Once the floor plan analysis or remedy chart has been sent to you, no refunds will be entertained.
​3. Physical Products (Gemstones, Yantras, Remedies)
​Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a physically damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
​Change of Mind: For non-energized items, you may return the product within 7 days in its original packaging for a refund (minus shipping costs).
​Energized/Ritualistic Items: Products that have been "Pran Pratishta" (energized) specifically in the user's name are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they cannot be reused for another individual.

5. Refund Process
​Request: Email us at support@12rashi.com with your Order ID and reason for the refund.
​Review: Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
​Credit: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Wallet) within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
